Our construction division is one of the many aspects of BellReed
that sets us apart from other design/builders. Because we employ
an in-house construction team, we are not only designers, but
also builders, and we have complete control of every project.
This takes the burden to hire and manage a contractor away
from you, the client.
When we manage a project, we manage the entire project, from
supplies to crew coordination to budget. We ensure that all
necessary supplies are at the job site prior to beginning construction.
We also pay close attention to how the project is fitting within
budget and we don’t proceed with anything above and beyond
the budget without clearing it with you first. We believe that,
as the client, you shouldn’t have to worry about coordinating
the building of your kitchen or bath. Your responsibility should
be limited to telling us your needs and desires. The rest should
be up to us. We also don’t stop communicating with you
after the initial planning and design stage. On every job site,
we leave a feedback book where you can write down your questions
to us, request additional work or just leave us a message.
We continually check the book to ensure we are communicating
with you efficiently and are addressing all of your needs.
Throughout the building process, our crew is working for you
and keeping your best interest in mind. We work hard all day
and admittedly make quite a mess with our tools and supplies.
But at the end of the day, every day, we make a point of leaving
the job site looking as clean and uncluttered as we found out.
We know you don’t want to come home and have to maneuver
your way around construction debris.
Our construction division is led by Troy Reed, who is the
son of designer Mary Bell. He serves as BellReed’s Construction
Manager. Troy is dedicated to helping clients achieve their
dream kitchen or bath by taking Mary’s innovative design
and turning into a tangible – and beautiful – reality.
Troy is committed to each and every project, spending long
hours on the job site ensuring that the project is being done
correctly and efficiently.
Because everything is done in house, we hold ourselves responsible
for every aspect of the building process. You can rest assured
that your project will be completed on time, on budget and
on target, without any unwanted surprises along the way.
